BridgePoint Support Services, LLC is an approved provider under the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs for Communication Support Services.

All ODP-related information published on this website is intended to align with:

• 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100
• ODP bulletins and written guidance
• DHS communication expectations
• Person-centered values, dignity, inclusion, and respect

2. Clear Separation of ODP Services and Non-ODP Offerings

BridgePoint Support Services, LLC currently provides the following.

ODP Approved Communication Support Services

These services are delivered only through the ODP waiver.
All billing is completed only through ODP-approved processes.
All service procedures follow DHS and ODP requirements.

Community Guidance (Non-ODP) Coming Soon

BridgePoint is developing a completely separate private offering for community environments.
This may include general guidance for cheer programs, dance programs, or other community settings seeking support in creating more inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities.

This future offering is:

• Not an ODP service
• Not funded through any waiver
• Not billed through PROMISe
• Not clinical, therapeutic, or treatment-based
• Not part of Communication Support Services

This offering is not currently active.
Additional information will be announced once development is complete.

BridgePoint maintains a strict separation between ODP-funded services and private non-ODP offerings to ensure full regulatory compliance.

3. Confidentiality and Protected Information

BridgePoint complies with all privacy requirements, including:

• HIPAA
• 55 Pa. Code Section 6100.51
• DHS and ODP privacy expectations

No identifying information about individuals receiving ODP services is ever shared publicly.

Website submissions should not include Protected Health Information unless submitted through a secure encrypted form.
